Race to the finish with our performance metrics cycle ride. Clip in to our stationary bikes and lose yourself in our dark cycle theater. We amp up the music and sync your bike to the visual simulations displayed on our TV monitors so you ride along with your designated avatar and race with the other participants in the class. Travel through an instructor designed course that twists and turns as you race to break away from the pack and accumulate points throughout the ride. Your distance, speed, calories, and heart rate are all tracked for your convenience.
Lengthen and tone in our innovative take on the traditional ballet-based barre workout. Our dynamic movements and high repetition sculpting create a muscle defining strength and core workout all in one. Using mostly body weight as resistance, we also use light weights, balls, and the barre as tools to create targeted movements that focus on form and proper alignment. Some of our class segments incorporate cardio and strength through dynamic movements while other segments focus static strength through small movements, balance, and core engagement.
Rep & Ride
Our heart-rate based circuit training is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and improve strength and endurance for the perfect cross training workout. The class includes 8 different stations using TRX bands, ropes, ladders, resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, and stationary bikes just to name a few. The instructor introduces each exercise before the timer starts and will guide you throughout the class to provide guidance and correct form to challenge you and safely motivate you to the next level.
