From the very beginning we set out to create a unique studio experience in Charlotte. A place that combined targeted workouts, inspiring music, a community atmosphere, smart integration of training technology and sweat, lots of sweat. Our aim is to help our clients achieve their personal fitness goals and be physically stronger in day-to-day life situations.

All Core Revolution instructors are nationally certified in their area of expertise, so no matter the class you’ll be trained by category experts who know how to get the best out of every workout. Our classes are programmed to be total body workouts, purposefully designed to allow muscle groups to work in concert together throughout the entire class. When combined with energetic music playlists, you’ll quickly understand why so many people come to Core Revolution to workout.

Each 45-minute cycling class is designed to be focused, energetic, engaging and fun. Our instructors have the experience to help you get the most out of your workout and improve your fitness. We strive to create a unique environment in our studio by turning up the music and turning down the lights. Each bike allows you to monitor heartrate, RPMs and watts generated all in real time! In addition, our integration with Spivi Studio means you’ll actually be able to see a digital representation of your bike on large screens mounted at the front of the class as you work through each workout. You’ll have the opportunity to track your progress, personal bests, and even see how you compare to others in the studio and around the world.

We’ve built our core classes with a heavy focus on the principles developed by Joseph Pilates. In class, you can expect to increase your flexibility while strengthening you core. At times we’ll use light weights to increase the intensity of the workout, but the goal is to strengthen and tone, not build muscle. All members have the option to utilize our heart rate monitoring system, which uses real-time information for a more guided and targeted effort during the class.

Designed to work every muscle group during a 45-minute workout, our circuit training class takes a balanced approach to working your muscle groups. By blending strength, core and cardio elements, you’ll be guaranteed a total body workout every time. We also believe in personal instruction whenever possible, so we limit each of our classes to 12 members who are led by 1-2 certified instructors. All members have the option to utilize our heart rate monitoring system, which uses real-time information for a more guided and targeted effort during the class.
